Return & Refund Policy

Each item created by Divine Corp Ltd (VIXII) is put through stringent quality checks and adheres to internationally recommended standards. We allow a 14-day window (from the date of delivery to you) for returns and refunds for all items, except earrings due to hygiene reasons (except the Shipping Cost charges incurred to send and return the items). Once you have notified us of your intention to return the item, you must post the item to us (at your expense and own responsibility), within 14 days of notifying us, returns which are not shipped within the 14-day shipping window will not be accepted. Should the item not arrive, or if it arrives damaged or in non-sellable condition (including the VIXII branded jewellery box) we will not extend a refund. Please note we do not offer exchanges.
Please note that our items are handcrafted by technicians and are not mechanically produced. Our design principle is that of authenticity and celebration of craftsmanship, and therefore most of the pieces will be “imperfect by design”. These will include minor variations between each piece, or small imperfections. Please take care of your goods while using them, any goods which are damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse, are not considered faulty and will not be liable for an exchange and/or refund.
In a circumstance warranting a repair or refund, the customer must return the piece in its original packaging to us at the address indicated to you. Upon receipt of item(s) purchased in its original form and packaging, the piece shall be assessed, repaired, or, where the circumstances warrant, the payment system, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery and transactional charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your request for refund or repairs within 7 working days from receipt of the item subject to it meeting our inspection and returns criteria. Your payment gateway, debit / credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
